THE
ÜBER BOILER
The eagerly awaited launch of the Über
Boiler takes place at this year’s Caffè Culture.
Previewed at last year’s Show and at Host in Milan,
the updated model has now benefited from feedback from a wide
cross-section of beverage professionals, with improved programmability
and easier operator control.
The Über Boiler is a refined undercounter
atmospheric water boiler with a stylish countertop font that
incorporates a digital weigh scale, a plumbed drain, live
temperature read-out and a timer. It has been developed to
give baristi the precision they need to make their chosen
beverages to an accurate specification with hot water at a
precise temperature to suit the type of tea or coffee they
are using. Über Boiler is suitable for use with a wide
cross-section of tea and coffee making apparatus, including
teapots, French Presses, Aeropresses, Pourovers and Chemex.
